We use the latest technology to monitor the machines. If there's any problems (which are rare), the machines automatically report them, and we fix them quickly. The machines also notify us when inventory is running low, so we can restock before you run out!

  • Which machine did not dispense correctly

  • The time that you attempted to vend a product

  • The product you attempted to vend

Text and Email will be responded to within 24 hours.

NOTICE: I have been seeing half dollar coins and pennies in my machine. I have clear instructions on which coins are accepted on each machine, so there should be no confusion. The machines take $1 coins, Quarters, Nickels and Dimes. They DO NOT take pennies or half dollars. This will jam the coin machine and cause the coins to stop working. Any half dollars or pennies put into them will not be refunded.
